Unreviewed Code - Bob Mirro's Batch HTML Compiler
This is a batch-mode HTML compiler written by Bob Mirro. rmirro@microserve.net

Bob's words:
When you unzip the file, a "compile" directory
will be created containing all necessary files.

I just ran the compile utility to test it, so the .zip
file has samples of what the log files will look like
and how to setup the configuration file.

The Word .doc containing the documentation isn't complete.
I never got around to adding the final section, which is
a detailed description of exactly what the utility can do.
The 2 programs are fairly well commented (IMO), so they
should help you understand how it works.

This utility used to work equally well on NT and UNIX.
I don't have a UNIX box available now, so I wasn't able
to test it on that OS. Please let me know if there are
any problems on Linux.

I look forward to any comments you have, even if they
are "Bob, this sucks!". :-)
