BY OPENING, INSTALLING, OR DISTRIBUTING ANY PORTION OF THESE FILES,
REFERRED HEREIN AS FREEFRAMEWORK, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND TO THE FOLLOWING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- You must have proper license for any third-party software
required for use with FreeFrameWork components, including but
not limited to: POSSENET or Progress Software Corporation products.
- You are granted a non-exclusive right to use FreeFramework for
any purpose, commercial or otherwise except anything
which would be illegal in the jurisdiction in which the
server resides.
- You may modify FreeFramework for your own use or
use within your company.
- You may distribute FreeFrameWork, with or without
modifications.
- You must include this entire license agreement.
- You must include all of the unmodified source code that
you received prior to modification.You must include the source code
to your modifications. Your modifications must be noted in the code,
or in the documentation.If you distribute FreeFrameWork as part of a
commercial software product, you must include in your license the following
statement: "This product contains software created by the FreeFramework
project – http://www.freeframework.org.
Distribution of FreeFramework components subject to FreeFramework License
agreement included."
- You may charge a fee to distribute
FreeFramework, if you wish. BUT, you may NOT restrict the further
distribution of the FreeFramework portions of your distribution.
- Any modifications to the files distributed with
FreeFramework that you distribute publicly become the property of
FreeFramework and are subject to this license.
You may use the name FreeFramework™ in your
marketing literature or on any website which utilizes FreeFramework, but
you may not use it in such a way that implies endorsement of your
product by FreeFramework, or its contributors without express consent of
the Board of Directors of FreeFramework.
You indemnify and hold harmless the contributors
and distributors of FreeFramework from any and all damages, either
direct or consequential, related to the use, installation, or
distribution of FreeFramework. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT FREEFRAMEWORK AND ITS
CONTRIBUTORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
FITNESS OF PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY.
If any section of this license agreement is found to be inapplicable
because of court decision then the remaining provisions will remain in
effect.
